Glow Mama Co. is a small business based in Spain, creating hand-poured candles in small batches.
Throughout these Terms, "we", "our" and "us" refer to Glow Mama Co.
Products
All Glow Mama Co. candles are handcrafted in small batches.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, wax appearance, fragrance intensity and finish may occur. These variations are natural and are not considered defects.
Product photographs are provided as accurately as possible, but colours may vary depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (€).
Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice. The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
A product becomes unavailable
Incorrect pricing has been displayed
Fraudulent activity is suspected
If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.
Glow Mama Co. does not store payment card details.
