Natural discoloration can occasionally occur due to fragrance oils, exposure to light, temperature changes, or the wooden wick. This does not affect the quality, performance, or safety of your candle.

For the first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edge of the vessel. This helps prevent tunnelling and ensures an even burn throughout the life of the candle.

Yes. Before each burn, trim the wooden wick to approximately 3–5mm for the cleanest flame and best performance.
